  1. What a great roundup. I love all of them but my all time favorite is Water Melon. It keeps my skin hydrated due to its rich amount of water.

  2. I never knew that Vitamin C could help boost your collagen. My skin still looks pretty young but I can start loading up on fruits to avoid getting wrinkles!

  4. I took sweet potatoes very morning with my oats and glad to learn that it actually improve the collagen production and maintain the firmness of the skin. Glad I have made a right choice for breakfast.

  6. will definitely try to incorporate more of these in my daily diet. though spicy food not being on the list gave a me a mild broken heart, still good to know. =)

  7. I’m glad to say I’m eating a lot of the stuff that would make my skin glow especially spinach, green tea, and a few fruits…but I definitely also eat a LOT of processed food and junk food 😂 it’s a struggle when all of the healthy, organic and non-GMO foods are pricier.
